


Inaugural Flight Launch Party
A high-level corporate event celebrating the finalized agreement between KLM and the City of Austin.
Attended by diplomats, city officials, and business leaders from both cities, the evening recognized the partnerships that brought the new route to life.
OTB’s Role: Co-Team Lead over a staff of 16 Brand Ambassadors supporting production, guest experience and program flow.
Pecan Street Festival Activation
KLM was a featured sponsor of the Pecan Street Festival, one of Central Texas’s largest family events. The activation featured a branded 10x10 footprint with Dutch snacks, giveaways, and a consumer sweepstakes for two round-trip first-class tickets to Amsterdam plus $2,000 cash.
OTB’s Role: Team Lead managing a 3-person Brand Ambassador team and overseeing consumer engagement and prize registration.








KLM x Austin FC Partnership Launch
Following its route announcement, KLM also became the newest official airline partner of Austin FC. The consumer-facing activation at Q2 Stadium featured branded games, Dutch treats, and a second sweepstakes giveaway with matching flight and cash incentives.
OTB’s Role: Event Manager overseeing a 10-person Brand Ambassador team, two promotional models, and full production buildout and teardown across both matchday activations.
