Outside the Box Craft Vending Solutions, dba Outside the Box Craft Vendor Solutions, is an experiential activation, field marketing, and event management agency based in Austin, TX. We help brands and agencies bring their marketing strategies to life—out in the real world, where it counts.
What kind of clients do you typically work with?
We partner with brands, agencies, and producers who need a confident hand bringing campaigns to life—on time, on brand, and in the field. Whether you're launching a new product, scaling a national tour, or executing a one-day activation, we plug into your team right away and help get it done exactly how you envisioned.
Can we hire OTB to manage just one part of a campaign?
Absolutely. Whether you need support with vendor coordination, on-site leadership, production assistance, or market-level execution, we’re flexible in how we plug in.

What are your core competencies?
At OTB, we bring a Swiss Army knife mindset to every project. We’ve done a lot, so we know how to do a lot and we’re always open to learning more.
While we’re versatile, our core services include:
Activation Management, Event Operations & Logistics, Field Marketing, Territory Management, Multi-Market Campaign Execution, and Promotional Talent Sourcing (as needed).

What services do you not offer?
We don’t create campaign concepts or lead creative direction, but we’re happy to collaborate with your agency or internal team.
We also don’t provide traditional talent booking or full-service promotional staffing as a standalone offering.
Do you offer staffing or recruiting services?
Staffing isn’t our primary focus, but we offer it when it supports a larger activation or campaign we’re leading. We’re happy to source talent, interview candidates, and build or manage event teams when it makes sense for the project.

Do you only take on full campaigns, or can you jump in midstream?
We’re happy to step into existing programs—whether you need extra hands, leadership, or last-mile execution.

✈️ Logistics & Market Support
What markets do you currently support?
We’re based in Austin, TX and regularly serve surrounding cities like San Antonio, Dallas, Houston, and beyond.
We also support activations in other U.S. markets depending on scope and timeline.
Are you available for out-of-state or multi-city campaigns?
Yes. We specialize in multi-market campaign execution and have experience supporting regional and national programs. Whether you need short-term on-site leadership or full campaign support across cities, we’re built to travel and scale.
What are your travel requirements?
For out-of-market work, we ask that travel costs (flights, lodging, meal and travel per diem) are covered or reimbursed whenever possible.
We keep it lean, transparent, and treat our client's money like we would our own.
Is OTB CDL-A or CDL-B certified?
At this time, we are not CDL-A or CDL-B certified, however we are currently working toward securing our CDL-A license by Q1 2026.
We are currently CDL-C certified (standard license) and have experience driving box trucks of all sizes, sprinter vans, heavy duty pickups, and RVs.

How do you price your services?
We offer flexible, transparent pricing based on project scope. This can include flat-rate packages, day and hourly rates, and/or ongoing support retainers.
We’ll talk through your goals and timeline, then send over a tailored quote that makes sense for both sides.
How far in advance should we book you?
The earlier, the better, especially for multi-market work or campaigns requiring travel. That said, we’re known for our agility, and can often jump in with short notice if the fit is right.
What does your onboarding process look like?
Once we’ve aligned on scope, we’ll schedule a kickoff call to review timelines, expectations, and deliverables. From there, we’ll build a tailored plan and plug into your systems as needed—Slack, Basecamp, Dropbox, you name it. Our goal is to feel like an extension of your team from day one.
